1.3 Multijet

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R

Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.

Op. 1092G10 SINGLE ENGINE BELT - R.R

Op. 5530A10 ALTERNATOR - R+R

Op. 5530A40 ALTERNATOR BRACKETS/MOUNTING/SPACER - R.R

- Disconnect the electrical connections for the starter motor and move them aside.

1. Loosen the band and disconnect the engine oil recovery pipe, engine oil recovery manifold side.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the engine oil recovery manifold (2b) complete with gasket (2c).

Refitting

- Place the engine oil recovery manifold complete with gaskets in its housing and secure it using the bolts.

- Connect the engine oil recovery pipe, engine oil recovery manifold side and tighten the band.

- Connect the electrical connections from the starter motor.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
