  1. Take out the engine coolant lower outlet sleeve from the radiator and drain the coolant into a suitable container.

  1. Take out the rigid coolant inlet pipe to the water pump.
  2. Unscrew the screw fastening the rigid pipe to the crankcase.
  3. Remove the rigid pipe with the seal ring.

Refitting

  • Insert the rigid pipe with the seal ring into the water pump housing and tighten the screw to correct torque

  • Insert the sleeve on the coolant rigid inlet pipe to the water pump.
  • Insert the engine coolant lower outlet sleeve on the radiator.
  • Assemble the engine compartment protection and fasten with its screws.
  • Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

  • Remove the body protection cover.
  • Close the engine compartment.
