Refitting

(Cont. Op. 1088C30)

1. Unscrew nuts (1a) and remove the cable support bracket (1b).
2. Remove the engine thermostat group with the gasket.

Refitting

• Assemble the engine thermostat group with the gasket and engine temperature sensor.
• Assemble the cable support bracket and fasten the engine thermostat group with the nuts.
• Fit the wiring on the engine thermostat group container bracket.
• Connect the earth cable and fasten with its nut

• Connect the electrical connection of the engine temperature sensor

• Insert the engine coolant pipe onto the throttle case.
• Insert the engine coolant pipe onto the engine thermostat group container.
• Insert the engine coolant sleeve on the engine thermostat group container.
• Assemble the air cleaner cover with its pipes and throttle case air conveyor.
• Insert the oil vapours recovery pipe on the tappet cover.
• Tighten the throttle case air conveyor screws.
• Hook the air cleaner cover clasps.
• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

• Fill the engine cooling system with coolant

• Screw on the engine cooling circuit breather plug.
• Screw on the engine coolant supply tank plug.
• Remove the body protection cover.
• Close the engine compartment.
• Remove the vehicle from the hoist.

Removal

1. Unscrew nuts (1a) and remove the cables support bracket(1b).
2. Remove the engine thermostat group (2a) with the gasket and engine temperature sensor (2b).

Refitting

• Install the engine thermostat group with the gasket and engine temperature sensor.

• Assemble the cables support bracket and tighten the engine thermostat group securing nuts .
