Refitting

(Cont.d Op. 4450C10)

Note: Modify the tool as described below.
- Remove the pins and disassemble the tool.
- Widen the holes using a drill Ø 10.5 mm.
- Reassemble the tool replacing the pins with Ø 8 mm screws.

1. Slacken the screws (1a) fastening the damper (1b) to the front wheel upright.
2. Remove the front wheel upright.

Refitting

• Insert the wheel side C.V. joint in the front hub upright.
• Connect the front hub upright to the damper with the screws and tighten the nuts to the specified torque

Note: When tightening the screws of the front hub upright, push the upright upwards to eliminate any play in the fastenings.

• Insert the pin of the lower arm articulated joint in the front hub upright and tighten the nut to the specified torque

• Connect the adjustable link articulated joint to the front hub upright and tighten the fastening nut to the specified torque

• Assemble the front brake disk (refer to Op. 3310A50 FRONT BRAKE DISKS - R+R.).
• Complete with Op. 3310A57 Front brake CALIPER BRACKET (one), lh or rh - R+R.
• Lower the vehicle.
• Tighten nut of the wheel side C.V. joint to the specified torque
