Refitting

  • Check bulb operation.
  • Assemble the bulb in the bulb holder.
  • Complete with Op. 5540A44 - Rear light (one), LH or RH - R.R.
  • Test light operation.

5540A94 - NUMBER PLATE LIGHT (ONE), LH OR RH - R.R.

Removal

  1. Remove the number plate light in the direction of the arrow.

  1. Disconnect the electric connection (1a) and remove the number plate light (1b).

Refitting

  • Check that neither the cluster nor the bulb are damaged.
  1. To replace the bulb, turn the bulb holder anti-clockwise (1a), extract the bulb (1b) and replace it with a new bulb (clip-in attachment).

  • Reassemble the number plate light.
  • Connect the electrical connections.
  • Fit the number plate light cluster in its seat inserting the side remove first and pressing on the retaining spring side.
