Operation 3330C10 · Brake pump, reservoir and load proportioning valve

07/03 to 12/03, from 01/04

Removing

- 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r

- 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.

- 3330C34 brake fluid reservoir - r + r and wash inside - versions with r/h drive and abs

1. Undo the connectors and disconnect the oil pipes from the master cylinder.

2. Undo the master cylinder retaining nuts.

3. Remove the master cylinder from its housing in the engine compartment.

Seal the oil pipe threaded seats.

Refitting

Fit the master cylinder in its housing in the engine compartment.

Screw in the fixing nuts tightening them to torque.

The protection for the threaded seats should only be removed when fitting the brake pipes to avoid possible impurities from entering the control unit.

Tighten the connectors and connect the oil pipes to the master cylinder.
