EXTENSION - SPOILER - FRONT BUMPER - MGF TROPHY

Service repair no - 76.22.78

Remove

  1. Raise front of vehicle.
Extension - spoiler - front bumper - mgf trophy – Raise front of vehicle.
  1. Remove 2 scrivets securing bib spoiler to wheel arch return flange.
Extension - spoiler - front bumper - mgf trophy – Remove 2 scrivets securing bib spoiler to wheel arch return flange.
  1. Remove 4 scrivets securing bib spoiler to bumper valance.
  2. Carefully Release bib spoiler from bumper valance and remove bib spoiler.

Refit

  1. Clean mating faces of bib spoiler and bumper valance with spirit wipe or hot air gun.
  2. Ensuring panels are at room temperature, fit new double sided tape to bib spoiler, ensure foam blocks are fitted to bumper valance.
  3. Position bib spoiler to bumper valance and secure with scrivets.

CAUTION: Take care to align bib spoiler correctly before attaching to bumper.

  1. Fit scrivets securing bib spoiler to wheel arch return flanges.
  2. Remove stands and lower vehicle.
