FRONT DOOR TRIM CASING

Service repair no - 76.34.01

Remove

Front door trim casing – Service repair no - 76.34.01
  1. Carefully prise door pull escutcheon from door pull.
  2. Remove 2 screws securing door pull to door.
  3. Remove screw securing door handle escutcheon to door.
Front door trim casing – Remove screw securing door handle escutcheon to door.
  1. Release escutcheon from door and release 2 Lucar connectors from speaker.
  2. Remove 5 screws securing trim casing to door.
  3. Release trim casing from clips and sill button and remove.

Refit

  1. Position trim casing over sill button and secure to door with clips.
  2. Fit and tighten screws securing trim casing to door.
  3. Fit door pull and tighten screws.
  4. Fit door pull escutcheon.
  5. Connect Lucar connectors to speaker in door handle escutcheon and fit escutcheon to door handle.
  6. Fit and tighten screw securing escutcheon to door handle.
