Rear door glass

Refit

1. Fit trim insert and secure with spire clips.
2. Fit sill locking button guide and clamp plate.
3. Fit screws to secure guide.
4. Fit grab handle and fit screws.
5. Fit protector and secure with screws.
6. Fit securing studs to trim casing.
7. Fit trim casing over top edge of door, align studs and secure.

NOTE: Sill locking button to pass through guide.

8. Fit screws securing grab handle to door.
9. Fit remote release assembly to control rod and secure with clip.
10. Connect multiplug to window lift switch.
11. Locate lock release assembly into door panel and slide rearwards. Fit screw.

REAR DOOR GLASS

Service repair no - 76.31.02

Remove

1. Remove rear door trim casing. See this section.

2. Release window lift harness clips from door panel.
3. Remove plastic sheet locating dowels.
4. Release and remove plastic sheet from door.
5. Motor or wind window up or down for access to bolts securing glass to regulator.

6. Remove bolts securing glass to regulator, then lower glass into door.
