Diagram showing bolt securing radiator mounting bracket to bonnet platform
  1. Remove bolt securing each radiator mounting bracket to bonnet platform.

  1. Disconnect multiplug from thermostatic switch.

  1. Release fan motor multiplug from bracket.
  2. Disconnect fan motor multiplug.

  1. Release radiator from lower mountings; remove radiator.
  2. Collect 2 mounting rubbers and 2 seating rings.

Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only

  1. Remove locking ring securing thermostatic switch, remove switch; discard seal.

  1. Remove 2 nuts securing fan cowl to radiator.
  2. Release fan cowl from clip: remove fan cowl, cooling fan and motor assembly.
