Refit

9. Remove 2 bolts securing resonator bracket.
10. Remove bracket.

Refit

1. Position mounting bracket to resonator.
2. Fit and tighten bolts securing resonator bracket to 9 Nm.
3. Position resonator to body, secure wiring into clips.
4. Position intake hose, connect cold air intake to resonator and intake elbow.
5. Fit battery tray and secure wiring clip to battery tray.
6. Align battery tray, fit and tighten bolts to 9 Nm.
7. Align resonator bracket to battery tray, fit and tighten bolts to 9 Nm.
8. Refit and secure battery, connect battery leads.

AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY

Service Repair No. 19.10.01

Remove

1. Remove air temperature control valve.

2. Remove 3 screws securing air cleaner to throttle body.
3. Disconnect vacuum hoses from E.C.U. vapour trap.
4. Disconnect thermac switch vacuum hoses from manifold pipes.
5. Disconnect multiplug from intake air temperature sensor.
6. Remove air cleaner from throttle body.
7. Remove seal air cleaner to throttle body.

Refit

1. Clean mating faces and fit seal to throttle body.
2. Fit air cleaner to throttle body, fit and tighten screws.
3. Connect vacuum hoses to thermac valve and vapour trap.
4. Connect multiplug to intake air temperature sensor.
5. Refit air temperature control valve.

INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR

Service Repair No. 18.30.09

Remove

1. Remove air cleaner assembly.

2. Remove air temperature sensor from air cleaner.

Refit

1. Fit air temperature sensor to air cleaner and tighten to 7 Nm.
2. Refit air cleaner assembly.
