Proceed with the removal - 1092A10 Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R..

Proceed with the removal - 1092G20 engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r.

Proceed with the removal - 1032D12 timing system protective cover(s) - r + r.

Proceed with the removal - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r.

Proceed with the removal - 5510C14 ignition coil/s - r+r.

Proceed with the removal - 1016A20 single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket.

Proceed with the removal - 1032B10 toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement.

Proceed with the removal - 1088C14 water pump - r + r with drive belt removed.

Refitting

Proceed with the refitting - 1088C14 water pump - r + r with drive belt removed.

Proceed with the refitting - 1032B10 toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement.

Proceed with the refitting - 1016A20 single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket.

Proceed with the refitting - 5510C14 ignition coil/s - r+r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1032D12 timing system protective cover(s) - r + r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1092G20 engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1092A10 Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R..

Proceed with the removal - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r.

Refitting

Proceed with the refitting - 1016A20 single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket.

Proceed with the refitting - 5510C14 ignition coil/s - r+r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1092E10 counter-rotating shaft drive toothed belt - r + r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1032D12 timing system protective cover(s) - r + r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1092G14 engine component single belt mobile tensioner - r + r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1092G20 engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1092A10 Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R..

Proceed with the refitting - 1092G10 single engine belt r r.

Removing

Position the vehicle on the ramp.

Proceed with removal - 4450B04 right front wheel r r.

Proceed with removal - 7055B64 Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R..

Proceed with removal - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r.

Proceed with removal - 1092G10 single engine belt r r.

Proceed with removal - 1092A10 Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R..

Proceed with removal - 1032D12 timing system protective cover(s) - r + r.

Proceed with removal - 1016A42 left hand cylinder head ignition coil cover - r+r.

Proceed with removal - 5510C16 left hand cylinder head ignition coil - r+r.

Proceed with removal - 1016A30 left cam cover - r + r and replace gasket.

Proceed with removal - 1072B50 sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r.

Proceed with removal - 5510C18 right hand cylinder head ignition coil - r+r.

Proceed with removal - 1016A34 right-hand cam cover - r + r and replace gasket.

Proceed with removal - 1032B10 toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement.

Proceed with the removal - 1032B54 toothed driven pulley left-hand head - r + r

Proceed with removal - 1032B58 toothed driven pulley right-hand head - r + r.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the timing belt fixed tensioners (1b).

Undo the bolt fixing the timing belt right rear cover to the alternator spacer.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the rear timing gear covers (1b).

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the water pump pulley (1b).

1. Press the two rapid attachment clips, by hand, and disconnect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator, radiator side.

Recover the coolant using a suitable container.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the water pump cover.

Remove the bracket.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the water pump (1b).

Remove the gasket.

Refitting

1. Place the water pump (1a), complete with gasket, back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Remove the bracket from the housing.

1. Tighten the bolts fixing the water pump cover to the recommended torque.

Make sure that the gasket is fitted between the cover and the water pump.

Connect the rapid attachment for the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator, radiator side.

Place the water pump drive pulley back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts.

Place the side timing drive belt rear covers back in their housings and secure them using the bolts.

Tighten the bolts fixing the timing belt right rear cover to the alternator spacer.

1. Place the timing belt fixed tensioners (1a) back in their housings and secure them tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Proceed with refitting - 1032B58 toothed driven pulley right-hand head - r + r.

Proceed with the refitting - 1032B54 toothed driven pulley left-hand head - r + r

Proceed with refitting - 1032B10 toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement.

Proceed with refitting - 1016A34 right-hand cam cover - r + r and replace gasket.

Proceed with refitting - 5510C18 right hand cylinder head ignition coil - r+r.

Proceed with refitting - 1072B50 sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r.

Proceed with refitting - 1016A30 left cam cover - r + r and replace gasket.

Proceed with refitting - 5510C16 left hand cylinder head ignition coil - r+r.

Proceed with refitting - 1016A42 left hand cylinder head ignition coil cover - r+r.

Proceed with refitting - 1032D12 timing system protective cover(s) - r + r.

Proceed with refitting - 1092A10 Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R..

Proceed with refitting - 1092G10 single engine belt r r.

Proceed with refitting - 7055B64 Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R..

Proceed with refitting - 4450B04 right front wheel r r.

Refill the engine cooling system with coolant - 0010T20 coolant change.

Proceed with refitting - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r.

Remove the car from the ramps.
