Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

1. Disconnect the recirculation pipe from the engine coolant reservoir.

1. Disconnect the coolant lower sleeve (1a) and upper sleeve (1b) from the radiator and drain the engine coolant system.

Collect the coolant in a suitable container.

1. Undo the fixing bolts.

2. Remove the front grille.

1. Working via the front grille compartment, undo the bolts fixing the plastic guard to the radiator.

2. Undo the upper radiator retaining bolts.

3. Remove the engine cooling radiator from the upper part of the engine bay.

Refitting

- Fit the engine cooling radiator in the upper part of the engine bay.

- Tighten the bolts securing the upper radiator brackets to the beam to torque.

- Tighten the bolts securing the upper radiator brackets to the radiator to torque.

- Working via the front grille compartment, tighten the bolts fixing the plastic guard to the radiator.

- Fit the front grille and tighten the bolts.

- Connect the upper and lower cooloant sleeves to the radiator.

- Connect the recirculation pipe to the engine coolant reservoir.

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

1. Disconnect the recirculation pipe from the engine coolant reservoir.

1. Undo bolts (1a) securing air heat exchanger upper bracket (1b) to the upper beam.

2. Raise the air heat exchanger and remove.

1. Disconnect the coolant lower sleeve (1a) and upper sleeve (1b) from the radiator and drain the engine coolant system.

Collect the coolant in a suitable container.

1. Undo the upper radiator retaining bolts.

2. Remove the engine cooling radiator from the upper part of the engine bay.

Refitting

- Fit the engine cooling radiator in the upper part of the engine bay.

- Tighten the bolts securing the upper radiator brackets to the beam to torque.

- Tighten the bolts securing the upper radiator brackets to the radiator to torque.

- Connect the upper and lower cooloant sleeves to the radiator.

- Fit the air-air heat exchanger in its seat and tighten the bolt securing the bracket to the beam to torque.

- Connect the recirculation pipe to the engine coolant reservoir.
