BRAKE LIGHTS OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION
Operational Description
A brake light activation signal leaves switch I030, ignition-operated via a connection between ignition switch H001 and pin 1 connector B of under-facia fuse box B002. The line is protected by fuse F26 inside the control unit.
When brake pedal I030 is pressed, the line between pin 4 and pin 2 of the switch short-circuits to send a signal to short-circuit junction D097B - pin 1 -. The short-circuit junction distributes the signal to govern activation of the brake lights located in tail-lights F030 and F031 and third brake light F040
