Operation 7210E22 · EXTERNAL PARTS

Removing

- Remove both the wiper arms.

Op. 5050B34 WINDSCREEN WIPER ARM/S COMPLETE WITH BLADE - R+R

Op. 7025A62 BONNET LID WEATHERSTRIP - R+R

- Working on both sides of the vehicle:

1. Release the side trim retaining stud using the special tool.

2. Undo the bolt cover (2a) and unscrew bolt (2b) securing trim (2c).

- Working on both sides of the vehicle:

1. Remove trim (1a) by releasing seat (1b) from the tab (1c) on the body.

- Work on both sides of the vehicle.

1. Move the side seal (1a) aside and loosen the bolt (1b).

1. Undo the bolt.

2. Remove the trim (2a) releasing the internal retainers (2b).

Refitting

- Check that the trim is not damaged and check that the retainers are intact and correctly positioned.

1. Position the trim by doing up the centering pins.

- Do up the retainers.

- Tighten the bolts.

- From both sides of the vehicle, do up the side trim retaining stud.

- Working from both sides of the vehicle, position the trim by engaging the tab on the vehicle with the seat on the trim.

- Tighten the trim bolt and do up the bolt cover.

Op. 7025A62 BONNET LID WEATHERSTRIP - R+R

- Refit both the wiper arms.
