FOG LIGHTS - DESCRIPTION

Description

The vehicle is equipped with two extra-penetration fog lights in the front light clusters for use in the case of poor visibility. The fog lamps are activated by a button on the control panel.

The fog lamp circuit is protected by a special fuse and controlled by a relay, both located in the underfacia junction unit.

The side lights must be switched on in order to switch the fog lights on.

If the ignition key is switched OFF or the side lights are turned off, the fog lights are deactivated even if the operating button is still pressed:

Fog lamp activation is indicated by a warning light in the instrument panel.

Description

The vehicle has two additional fog lamps for use in poor visibility conditions. The fog lights are activated by the button on the control panel.

The fog lights circuit is protected by a special fuse and controlled by a relay, both located in the junction unit in the engine compartment.

The fog lights only come on when the side lights are switched on.

In addition, if the key is turned ot the OFF position or the side lights are switched off, the fog lamps are switched off even if the button is pressed.

Foglamp activation is indicated by activation of a warning light on the control panel.
