CRUISE CONTROL – FAULT DIAGNOSIS
pa O | NE O | TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS ul If the cruise control system operates but the cruise control switch light does not illuminate, check the bulb, B wire and RN wire. O | 2. Inspectvacuum hoses for kinks and restrictions.
Inspect actuator linkage for restrictions and adjustment.
SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
If the cruise control system does not operate correctly and the vehicle is equipped with a manual transmission, do Test A.
Ifthe cruise control system does not operate correctly and the vehicle is equipped with an automatic transmission, do Test B.
