FRONT DOOR PLASTIC SHEET

Service repair no - 76.34.26

Remove

  1. Remove front door trim casing. See this section.
Front door plastic sheet – Remove front door trim casing. See this section.
  1. Remove 2 screws and release window control unit.
  2. Disconnect 2 multiplugs and remove control unit.
  3. Disconnect tweeter and door mirror multiplugs from door harness.
  4. Release harness clips from door.
  5. Remove plastic sheet locating dowels.
  6. Release and remove plastic sheet from door.

Refit

  1. Fit plastic sheet to door and fit locating dowels.

NOTE: Feed door harness multiplugs through plastic sheet.

  1. Secure harness clips to door.
  2. Connect tweeter and door mirror multiplugs.
  3. Portion window control unit and connect multiplugs.
  4. Align control unit to door and fit screws.
  5. Fit trim casing to front door. See this section.

FRONT DOOR GLASS

Remove

  1. Remove front door trim casing. See this section.
Front door glass – Remove front door trim casing. See this section.
  1. Remove 2 screws and release window control unit.
  2. Disconnect 2 multiplugs and remove control unit.
  3. Disconnect tweeter and door mirror multiplugs from door harness.
  4. Release harness clips from door.
  5. Remove plastic sheet locating dowels.
  6. Release and remove plastic sheet from door.
  7. Move window glass to gain access to fixing bolts.
