INERTIA FUEL SHUT-OFF SWITCH

Service repair no - 19.22.09

Remove

Inertia fuel shut-off switch – Service repair no - 19.22.09
  1. Disconnect multiplug from inertia fuel shut-off switch.
  2. Remove 2 bolts securing inertia fuel shut-off switch to mounting bracket.
  3. Remove inertia fuel shut-off switch.

Refit

  1. Align inertia fuel shut-off switch to mounting bracket.
  2. Fit 2 bolts securing inertia fuel shut-off switch to mounting bracket and tighten to 2 Nm.
  3. Connect multiplug to inertia fuel shut-off switch.
  4. Press top of inertia fuel shut-off switch to reset switch.

FUEL TANK - ’K’ AND ’T’ SERIES

Service repair no - 19.55.01

Remove

  1. Disconnect battery earth lead.
  2. Raise rear of vehicle.

WARNING: Support on safety stands.

  1. Drain fuel tank. See Adjustments.
  2. Remove LH rear wheel.
Fuel tank - ’k’ and ’t’ series – Remove LH rear wheel.
  1. Disconnect fuel pump multiplug from harness.
  2. Release fuel pump multiplug from bracket on body.
