  1. Release fan multiplug.
  2. Raise front of vehicle.

WARNING: Support on safety stands.

  1. Remove underbelly panel, see BODY – Repairs.

  1. Remove 4 nuts, fan cowl to radiator.
  2. Release and remove condenser cooling fan assembly.

  1. Remove nut securing fan.
  2. Remove fan from motor spindle.

  1. Release motor multiplug from cowl bracket.
  2. Remove 3 screws, fan motor to fan cowl.
  3. Remove lead cover.
  4. Remove fan motor.

Refit

  1. Fit fan motor to cowl.
  2. Fit lead cover.
  3. Fit and tighten 3 screws, cover and motor to cowl.
  4. Secure motor multiplug to fan cowl bracket.
  5. Fit fan to motor.
  6. Fit and tighten nut, fan to motor.
  7. Fit condenser cooling fan assembly to radiator.
  8. Align condenser fan cowl to studs on radiator.
  9. Fit and tighten 4 nuts, cowl to radiator.
  10. Connect fan multiplug.
  11. Fit air cleaner intake pipe.
  12. Fit and tighten bolt, air conditioning pipe to bonnet platform.
  13. Connect pipe to air cleaner connection.
