4. Remove bolt, air conditioning pipe to body.

5. Slacken pipe unions to receiver drier. 6. Release pipes from receiver drier. 7. Slacken clamp bolt securing receiver drier. 8. Release receiver drier from clamp. 9. Remove receiver drier. 10. Remove 'O' rings from pipes. 11. Cap pipes and receiver drier.

Refit

1. Clean pipes and mating faces. 2. Lubricate 'O' rings with refrigerant oil. 3. Fit 'O' rings to pipes. 4. Position receiver drier to clamp. 5. Align unit to pipes. 6. Remove caps from pipes and receiver drier.

CAUTION: Do not remove plugs from new receiver drier until immediately before assembly. If no plugs are fitted, reject unit.

7. Fit pipes to receiver drier. 8. Tighten pipe unions to 17 Nm. 9. Tighten receiver drier clamp bolt. 10. Align air conditioning pipe to body. 11. Fit and tighten bolt. 12. Fit power steering reservoir to mounting bracket 13. Fit L.H. headlamp, see ELECTRICAL – Repairs. 14. Recharge air conditioning system, see Adjustments.
