BACKREST

REMOVING-REFITTING

  • Remove the seat (see specific paragraph).
  • Remove the backrest centre cushion (see specific paragraph).
  1. Move the retaining tabs on the left side of the cover slightly.
  2. Disconnect and move the cover on the left side.
  3. Move and disconnect the electrical connection for the backrest angle adjustment motor.

  1. Release the backrest and fold it forwards.
  2. Working on both sides of the backrest, release the retaining springs from the pins.
  3. Remove the backrest (3a) after having disconnected it from the pins (3b).
  4. Recover the washers.

  1. Fold the seat over.
  2. Working underneath the cushion, gently open the cover rear retainers.
  3. Disconnect the retainer profile and move it.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connection for the backrest heater pad.
  5. Release the electrical cable for the heater pad from the cushion.

Proceed with the refitting of the backrest, reversing the order of the operations carried out for the removal.
