Proceed with refitting the seat movement switch unit, reversing the order of the operations carried out for the removal.

SEAT OUTER SHIELD

REMOVING - REFITTING

  • Remove the seat (see specific paragraph).
  • Remove the seat movement switch unit (see specific paragraph).
  1. Undo the bolts fixing the trim to the backrest joints.
  2. Remove the trim (2a), disconnecting the retainer (2b).

  1. Undo the bolts fixing the outer shield.
  2. Gently move the outer shield and disconnect the electrical connection for the heater pad switch.
  3. Recover the outer shield.
  4. If necessary, remove the it from the retainers and remove the heater pad switch.

Proceed with the refitting, reversing the order of the operations carried out for the removal.
