SIDE (RIGHT OR LEFT) SEAT COVER

REMOVING - REFITTING

  • Remove the seat (see specific paragraph).
  • Remove the seat movement switch unit (see specific paragraph).
  • Remove the seat outer shield (see specific paragraph).
  • Remove the seat centre cushion (see specific paragraph).
  1. Working at the rear of the seat, disconnect the cover to be removed from the retainer.
  2. Release the wiring for the backrest heater pad from the cushion.

  1. Release the backrest and fold it forwards.
  2. Working on both sides of the backrest, release the retaining springs from the pins.
  3. Remove the backrest (3a) after having disconnected it from the pins (3b).
  4. Recover the washers.

  1. Undo the bolt.
  2. Remove the attachment pin.
  3. Gently raise the inner and outer retaining tabs for the cover to be removed.
  4. Disconnect and remove the seat side cover.
  5. Remove the non fabric fabric.
  6. If necessary, remove the upholstery, detaching it from the frame.
