  1. Position the guide on the seat, engaging the splined shaft in the reduction unit.
  2. Tighten the bolts, but not fully.
  3. Align the guides, checking that the axis between the front and rear openings is identical.

REFITTING

  1. If removed, refit the flexible shaft on the motor, ensuring that the splining (1b) on the end (1a) coincides, then engage the retainers (1c).
  2. Refit the end (2a) of the flexible shaft on the reduction unit, ensuring that the splining (1b) coincides, then engage the retainers (1c).
  3. Position the reduction unit.
  4. Tighten the bolt fixing the reduction unit.

SEAT SLIDING REDUCTION UNIT (LEFT OR RIGHT)

REMOVING

  • Remove the seat (see specific paragraph).
  • Remove the seat guide (see specific paragraph).
  1. Undo the reduction unit fixing bolt.
  2. Remove the reduction unit (2a), disconnecting the end (2b) of the flexible shaft (pull).
  3. If necessary, remove the flexible shaft, disconnecting the end (3a) from the motor (pull).
