BACKREST LUMBAR ADJUSTMENT DEVICE

REMOVING - REFITTING

  • Remove the seat (see specific paragraph).
  • Remove the backrest centre cushion (see specific paragraph).
  1. Using a drill, fitted with a regulator, remove the rivets (1a) and (1b) fixing the lumbar adjustment device.
  2. Move the lumbar adjustment device.
  3. Disconnect the end (3a) of the adjustment cable (3b).
  4. Remove the lumbar adjustment device.

  • If necessary, remove the adjustment cable with an attachment for the knob, proceeding as follows:
  1. Gently lift the retaining tabs for the right side of the cover.
  2. Disconnect and move the cover on the right side.
  3. Remove the metal rod from the cover.

1. Move the cover and the upholstery slightly.
2. Release the retaining ring for the knob attachment.
3. Remove the cable with the knob attachment.

Proceed with refitting the lumbar adjustment device, reversing the order of the operations carried out for the removal.
