REMOVAL - REFITTING ('98 versions)

• Remove the sound system or the sound system compartment (see specific paragraph).

1. Open the gear stick cover retainer collar.
2. Lift the handbrake lever cover by lifting the frame in area (A).
3. Lift the knobs.
4. Loosen the screws.
5. Remove the unit slightly.

1. Disconnect the electrical connections.
2. Take the unit.

Refit the central unit by reversing the removal sequence.

SOUND SYSTEM COMPARTMENT ('98 versions)

REMOVAL/REFITTING

• Disconnect the battery.

1. Lift the sound system compartment by pulling it.
2. Disconnect the electrical connections.
3. Disconnect the aerial wire connection.
4. Take the sound system compartment.

Refit the sound system compartment by reversing the removal sequence.

SUN VISORS

REMOVAL / REFITTING

1. Lower the sun visor and slacken the two fastening screws.
2. Remove the sun visor.
