  1. From under the dashboard panel, disconnect the aerial electric connection from the ECU.
  2. Extract the aerial and its wiring.

Refitting

  • Check whether the electronic key aerial is damaged.
  • Reassemble the aerial unit.
  • Reconnect the aerial electric connection to the ECU.
  • Fit the aerial on the ignition switch.
  • Position the lower panel and fasten it with screws.
  • Check system operation with an Examiner or other diagnostic tool.

Removal

  1. From under the dashboard, disconnect the ECU electric connections (1a, 1b).

  2. Remove the ECU.

Refitting

  • Check that the ECU is not damaged.
  • Reposition the ECU.
  • Connect the ECU electric connections.
  • Check system operation with an Examiner or other diagnostic tool.
