Removing

Place the car on a ramp.

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R..

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Raise the ramp.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine oil pressure switch.

2. Undo the engine oil pressure switch.

1.4 16v

Removing

Place the car on a lift.

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R..

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Raise the lift.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine oil pressure switch.

2. Undo the engine oil pressure switch.

1.6 16v

Removing

Place the vehicle on a ramp.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

- 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

2. Undo and remove the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

1.8 16v

Removing

Position the vehicle on the ramp.

- 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

- 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r

1. Undo the bolt (1a) fixing the air chamber mounting bracket (1b).

2.4 20v

Removing

Place the car on a lift.

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

Make sure that the ignition is off, then disconnect the battery negative terminal (-).

Raise the lift.

- 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r.

1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the engine oil pressure warning light switches.

2. Undo and remove the engine oil pressure warning light switches.

1.9 JTD 8v

Removing

Place the car on a ramp.

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Raise the lift.

- 1008C32 GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD ' -R.R.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the switch.

2. Undo and remove the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

1.9 JTD 16v

Removing

Place the car on a lift.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Raise the car.

- 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

2. Undo and remove the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

1.2 16v

Refitting

Tighten the engine oil pressure switch to torque.

Connect the electrical connection to the engine oil pressure switch.

Lower the lift.

Connect the battery negative terminal.

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.

1.4 16v

Refitting

Tighten the engine oil pressure switch to torque.

Connect the electrical connection to the engine oil pressure switch.

Lower the ramp.

Connect the battery negative terminal.

Remove the vehicle from the lift.

1.6 16v

Refitting

Fit the engine oil pressure warning light switch and tighten it to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection to the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

Connect the battery's negative terminal.

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

Remove the car from the ramp.

1.8 16v

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

2. Undo and remove the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

2.4 20v

Refitting

Fit the engine oil pressure warning light switches and tighten it to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connections to the engine oil pressure warning light switches.

- 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r.

Lower the lift.

Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.

1.9 JTD 8v

Refitting

Fit the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

Connect the electrical connection.

- 1008C32 GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD ' -R.R.

Lower the lift.

Connect the battery negative terminal.

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.

1.9 JTD 16v

Refitting

Fit the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

Connect the electrical connection to the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

- 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r

Lower the vehicle.

Connect the battery negative terminal.

Remove the car from the ramps.

1.8 16v

Refitting

Fit the engine oil pressure warning light switch and tighten it to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection to the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

Fit the air chamber mounting bracket and secure it with its bolts.

Connect the battery negative terminal.

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

- 1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r

Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
