  1. Remove 2 bolts securing resonator to body.
  2. Release hydragas pipe from 3 clips on LH buttress.
Release hydragas pipe from 3 clips on LH buttress.
  1. With assistance remove nut and bolt securing LH engine mounting to buttress.
  2. Raise engine on jack.

CAUTION: Use a block of wood or hard rubber pad to protect sump.

  1. Remove 4 bolts securing buttress to subframe.
  2. Adjust height of gearbox and remove buttress.
  3. Lower engine on jack until gearbox is supported on subframe.
  4. Remove resonator.
