HEATER VALVE

Service repair no - 80.10.16

Remove

  1. Drain coolant system. See COOLING SYSTEM, Adjustments.
  2. Remove both console closing panels. See BODY, Interior trim components.
Heater valve – Remove both console closing panels. See BODY, Interior trim components.
  1. Remove 2 screws securing valve to heater assembly.
Heater valve – Remove 2 screws securing valve to heater assembly.
  1. Remove clip securing cable outer to valve and release cable from valve lever.
  2. Position cloth and container to catch spillage.
  3. Release 2 clips securing hoses to valve.
  4. Release top hose.
  5. Remove valve from bottom hose.
