MAIN RELAY

Service repair no - 19.22.10

Remove

Main relay – Service repair no - 19.22.10
  1. Remove driver’s pocket from fascia lower cover.
  2. Remove 3 screws and remove fascia lower cover.
Main relay – Remove 3 screws and remove fascia lower cover.
  1. Remove bolt securing relay to support bracket.
  2. Release relay and disconnect multiplug.
  3. Remove relay.

Refit

  1. Position relay and connect multiplug.
  2. Align relay to support bracket and tighten bolt.
  3. Fit fascia lower cover, fit and tighten screws.
  4. Fit driver’s pocket to lower cover.

DISTRIBUTOR CAP - 97.5 MY ON

Service repair no - 18.20.10

Remove

  1. Disconnect battery earth lead.
Distributor cap - 97.5 my on – Disconnect battery earth lead.
  1. Noting their fitted positions, disconnect 4 h.t. leads from distributor cap.
  2. Release 3 captive screws securing distributor cap.
  3. Remove distributor cap.
  4. Remove distributor cap seal.

Refit

  1. Inspect distributor cap seal for damage. Replace if necessary.
  2. Clean distributor cap seal location and fit seal.
  3. Position distributor cap and tighten screws.
  4. Connect h.t. leads to distributor cap.
  5. Connect battery earth lead.
