ROTOR ARM - 97.5 MY ON

Service repair no - 18.20.23

Remove

  1. Disconnect battery earth lead.
Rotor arm - 97.5 my on – Disconnect battery earth lead.
  1. Release 3 captive screws securing distributor cap.
  2. Release distributor cap and move aside.
  3. Remove distributor cap seal.
  4. Rotate engine to gain access to rotor arm screw.

  1. Remove screw securing rotor arm.
  2. Remove rotor arm.

Refit

  1. Clean distributor cap and cap seal location in distributor.
  2. Clean distributor shaft.
  3. Inspect distributor cap seal for damage. Replace if necessary.
  4. Fit rotor arm and tighten screw.
  5. Fit distributor cap seal.
  6. Position distributor cap and tighten screws.
  7. Connect battery earth lead.
