  1. Ensure sun roof is shut. Remove 3 screws, sun roof motor to mounting bracket.
  2. Remove sun roof motor.

Refit

  1. Fit sun roof motor to mounting bracket, tighten screws to 3 Nm.
  2. Connect and secure sun roof motor multiplug.
  3. Position headlining and fit front stud fixing.
  4. Fit 'A' and 'B' post finisher at side and top of front doors, securing clips into body both sides.
  5. Fit door seals both sides.
  6. Fit sun roof aperture seal finisher.
  7. Fit grab handles and screw covers.
  8. Fit sun visors, clips and blanking plugs.
  9. Fit sun roof motor access plug.

Remove

  1. Remove headlining.
  2. Ensure sun roof is closed.

  1. Electric sun roof: Disconnect sun roof motor multiplug

  1. Release 4 drain tube clips.
  2. Release drain tubes.

  1. Remove interior lamp wiring clips.
  2. Remove 10 bolts, sun roof assembly to roof panel.
  3. Lower and remove sun roof assembly.
