Service Repair No. 76.82.57

Remove

  1. Remove sun roof wind deflector (if fitted), see Sun roof wind deflector.
  2. Remove sun roof lid, see Sun roof lid.

  1. Remove 2 screws securing pilot plate.
  2. Remove pilot plate.

Note: Ensure vehicle body work and headlining are fully protected.

  1. Pull RED slide shoes on culisse clear from slide rail.

  1. Raise lifting arm.
  2. Remove culisse by aligning the culisse groove and fixing pivot, then rotate lower edge of culisse outwards and pull clear.

Refit

  1. Align culisse groove to fixing pivot.
  2. Fit culisse to fixing pivot and red slide shoe to slide rail.

Note: Ensure fixing pivot is correctly engaged.

  1. Fit sun roof lid, see Sun roof lid.
  2. Fit sun roof wind deflector, see Sun roof wind deflector.
