SUN ROOF DRAIN CHANNEL AND BLIND

Service Repair No. Drain channel 76.82.60
Service Repair No. Blind 76.82.03

Remove

  1. Remove sun roof wind deflector (if fitted), see Sun roof wind deflector.
  2. Remove sun roof lid, see Sun roof lid.
  3. Remove culisse, see Sun roof culisse.

Note: Ensure vehicle body work and headlining are fully protected.

  1. Draw cable block forward and remove through slide rail cut out. Hang cable block over side of vehicle.
  2. Move drain channel and blind forward.

  1. Remove drain channel through slide rail cut out.

  1. Move sunblind so front feet are in the slide rail cut out. Lift and move blind forward so the centre feet are also clear of the slide rail.
  2. Ensuring not to bend the blind, pull forward and remove.

Refit

  1. Fit sun roof blind.
  2. Pull blind forward, position drain channel to sun roof blind, ensuring drain channel foot is in slide rail aperture.
  3. Ensuring not to bend the blind, push both backwards into the sunroof.
  4. Fit sun roof cables.
  5. Fit culisse, see Sun roof culisse.
  6. Fit sun roof lid, see Sun roof lid.
  7. Fit sun roof wind deflector (if fitted), see Sun roof wind deflector.
