Adjust folding roof rear window - L67 > < Replace luggage compartment lid hinges (screwed in) L67 - right side

Adjust folding roof center - L67

Important:   Operation to be carried out only by certified service operators.

  Adjust

Object Number: 10677553  Size: DEFAULT

1.   Fold down seat
2.   Remove moulded headlining (1)
•   Unclip 10x clips (2)
•   Remove moulded headlining

Object Number: 10677790  Size: DEFAULT

3.   Measure folding roof center gap
•   Check gaps (l)
Height offset on the body fold front, rear to rear window, each right and left 1.0 +/- 1.0 mm

4.   Adjust folding roof if needed

5.   Align folding roof center (1) - both sides
Note:   Place shims under the 6x bolts (2) so that the offset on the body fold font, and to the rear window both right and left is 1.0 +/- 1.0 mm.

6.   Measure folding roof offset
•   Check gaps
Offset on the body fold front, rear to rear window, each right and left 1.0 +/- 1.0 mm
7.   Adjust if needed

8.   Measure folding roof center gaps
•   Check gaps (l)
Gap over complete length, front 7.5 +/- 1.0 mm

9.   Adjust folding roof if needed
10.   Open folding roof halfway

11.   Align folding roof center (1) - both sides
•   Loosen 6x bolts (2)
•   Adjust folding roof
•   Tighten 6x bolts (2)
Note:   Adjust folding roof so that a gap in closed state of 7.5 +/- 1.0 mm tolerance exists.

12.   Close folding roof
13.   Measure folding roof center gap
•   Check gaps
Offset on the body fold front, rear to rear window, each right and left 1.0 +/- 1.0 mm
14.   Adjust if needed
15.   Install moulded headlining
•   Insert moulded headlining
•   Clip in 10x clips
16.   Return seat to its original position
