Replace folding roof center - L67   Remove 1.   Remove folding center roof seal 2.   Detach center hinge panelling - both sides Note:   Only the left side is shown to simplify the illustration. •   Detach 3x from clamps 3.   Detach seal retainer - both sides •   Unscrew 3x bolt (1) •   Remove retainer (2) 4.   Detach rear window guide retainer - both sides •   Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows) •   Remove guide (1) 5.   Mark position of the middle of the folding roof to cinematic 6.   Remove folding roof center (1) Note:   Only the left side is shown to simplify the illustration. •   Unscrew 6x screws (2) Note:   Note the numbers of shims in position 7.   Remove center folding roof Note:   2nd mechanic required. •   Unclip 2x wiring harness plugs Note:   Ensure shims do not drop off   Install 8.   Insert center folding roof Note:   2nd mechanic required. •   Pay attention to marks 9.   Attach folding roof center •   Tighten 6x console bolts 13 Nm Note:   Screws are microencapsulated and must be replaced! Threads re-cut! Note:   Note the number of shims 10.   Attach rear window guide retainer - both sides •   Tighten 2x bolts 13 Nm Note:   Screws are microencapsulated and must be replaced! Threads re-cut! 11.   Attach seal retainer - both sides •   Tighten 3x bolts 3.7 Nm 12.   Attach center hinge panelling - both sides •   Insert into guide •   Attach 3x in clamps 13.   Adjust steel cover if needed •   Check gap 14.   Install folding center roof seal
