Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R

Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the ignition reel/coil.

3. Undo bolt (3a) and disconnect earth lead (3b).

4. Undo coil bolts (4a) and bolt (4b) and remove reel/coils (4c) complete with wiring.

- At the bench, separate the electric wiring from the coils, disconnecting all the coil electrical connections.

Refitting

- At the bench, connect the coils to the respective wiring electrical connections.

1. Position the coil complete with wiring in its seat.

2. Tighten the reel/coil bolt on the cylinder head.

3. Tighten the coil retaining bolts to the recommended torque.

4. Position earth lead (4a) and tighten bolt (4b).

5. Connect the electrical connection for ignition reel/coil (5a) and for timing sensor (5b).

- Connect the negative battery terminal.
