Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R

Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

Op. 1040E22 FUEL PIPE PROTECTION - R.R

1. Discharge the fuel pressure from the single fuel manifold pipe using the special tool.

1. Working the rapid connector, disconnect the fuel supply pipe to the single manifold pipe.

1. Working underneath the vehicle, disconnect the rapid connector (1a) in the join section between the front pipe (1b) and the rear pipe (1c) for the fuel supply pipe.

- Remove the pipe from its housing releasing it from the retaining clips.

Refitting

- Check that the pipe is not damaged. If it is, replace it.

- Working underneath the vehicle, connect the rapid connector in the join section between the front pipe and the rear pipe for the fuel supply pipe.

- Working the rapid connector, connect the fuel supply pipe to the single manifold pipe.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 1048A32 HOSE FROM AIR FILTER TO INTAKE MANIFOLD - R + R

Op. 1040E22 FUEL PIPE PROTECTION - R.R

1. Discharge the fuel pressure from the single fuel manifold pipe using the special tool.

1. Working on the rapid connector, disconnect the fuel supply pipe to the single manifold pipe.

1. Working underneath the vehicle, disconnect the rapid connector (1a) in the section where the front pipe (1b) and the rear pipe (1c) for the fuel supply pipe are joined.

- Remove the pipe from its seat releasing it from the retaining clips.

Refitting

- Check that the pipe is not damaged. If it is, replace it.

- Working underneath the vehicle, connect the rapid connector in the section where the front pipe and the rear pipe for the fuel supply pipe are joined.

- Working on the rapid connector, connect the fuel supply pipe to the single manifold pipe.
