Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1008C30 POWER UNIT LOWER REACTION LINK - R.R.

Op. 4450B12 FRONT WHEELS (TWO) - R+R

Op. 4410D22 BRACKET FIXING FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER TO BODYSHELL (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.

Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.

Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER

Op. 7210A48 R.R THIRD LOAD LINE

Op. 4410B40 LOWER TRACK CONTROL ARM (WITH BALLJOINT) FOR LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT SUSPENSION (ONE) - R+R - CHECK WHEEL GEOMETRY SEPARATELY

Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R

Op. 1076B40 CENTRE EXHAUST PIPE - R.R.

1. Loosen the front fixing bolts on the bodyshell.

2. Undo the side fixing bolts on the third load line.

3. Loosen the side fixing bolts on the third load line.

4. Loosen the side (4a) and centre (4b) rear fixing bolts.

5. Undo the bolts fixing the anti-roll bar.

6. Undo the bolts fixing the steering box.

1. Use a hydraulic lift complete with suitable support to support the suspension crossmember.

- Undo all the bolts loosened previously and remove the suspension crossmember.

Refitting

- Place the rear suspension crossmember in position and screw in the fixing bolts without tightening them.

- Then remove the hydraulic lift and support used for dismantling the suspension crossmember.

1. Tighten the front fixing bolts on the body to the recommended torque.

2. Tighten the side fixing bolts on the third load line to the recommended torque.

3. Tighten the fixing bolts on the third load line to the recommended torque.

4. Tighten the side (4a) and centre (4b) rear fixing bolts to the recommended torque.

5. Tighten the bolts securing the anti-roll bar to the specified torque.

6. Tighten the bolts securing the steering box to the specified torque.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
