R.R. FRONT BUMPER

Operation 7210E10 · EXTERNAL PARTS

1.2 8v, 1.3 Multijet, 1.4 16v

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 4450B12 FRONT WHEELS (TWO) - R+R

Op. 4410D22 BRACKET FIXING FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER TO BODYSHELL (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.

Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and the nut (1b) securing the front wheel arch, left side.

1. Undo the lower side bolt fixing the bumper.

- Carry out the same operation for the remaining side of the bumper.

1. Undo the lower bolt securing the left front wheel arch to the bumper.

2. Release the front wheel arch on the left side.

1. Undo the upper bolts securing the bumper to the front end.

1. Disconnect the electrical connections for the lower light clusters.

- Where present, disconnect the electrical connections for the fog lights.

1. Undo the lower fixing bolts (1a) and remove the bumper (1b).

Refitting

- Position the lower bumper and tighten the lower fixing bolts.

- Where present, connect the electrical connections for the fog lights.

- Connect the electrical connections for the lower light clusters.

- Tighten the upper bolts securing the bumper to the front end.

- Reposition the front wheel arch on the left side.

- Tighten the lower bolt securing the left front wheel arch to the bumper.

- Tighten the lower side bolt fixing the bumper.

- Carry out the same operation for the remaining side of the bumper.

- Tighten the bolts and the nut securing the front wheel arch, left side.

Op. 4450B12 FRONT WHEELS (TWO) - R+R

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
