1.9 Multijet

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R

Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE

1. Working in the rapid connector, disconnect the lower hose from the radiator.

- Lower the vehicle.

1. Loosen the band and remove the lower hose.

Refitting

- Place the lower hose back in its housing.

- Raise the vehicle.

- Connect the lower hose to the radiator and close the rapid connector.

Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

1.2 8v, 1.4 8v, 1.4 16v

Removing

Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE

1. Loosen the bands and disconnect the radiator coolant lower outlet hose.

Refitting

- Refit the lower coolant outlet sleeve from the radiator and secure with the collars.

1.3 Multijet

Removing

Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE

1. Loosen the bands, disconnect the hose from the coolant radiator and from the engine oil heat exchanger.

Refitting

- Connect the hose to the engine coolant radiator and to the engine oil heat exchanger.
