RADIATOR COOLING FAN - R + R

Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

- Undo the bolts and move the engine coolant reservoir to one side.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the fan.

1. Lower clips (1a) and remove the radiator cooling fan (1b).

Refitting

- Refit the radiator cooling fan and secure it using the clips.

- Connect the fan electrical connection.

- Fit the engine cooling radiator in place and secure it using the bolts.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

1.3 Multijet

Removing

1. Loosen the band and disconnect the radiator lower coolant outlet hose.

2. Unscrew the coolant reservoir bolts and move it aside.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector for the radiator upper coolant inlet hose, radiator side.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the fan.

2. Disconnect the resistor electrical connection.

3. Undo the bolts (3a) securing the fan (3b) and remove it from the clips on the right side of the radiator.

Refitting

- Place the fan in position and secure it tightening the bolts and clips.

- Connect the electrical connection for the fan.

- Connect the electrical connection for the resistor.

- Connect the rapid connector for the radiator upper coolant inlet hose, radiator side.

- Place the coolant reservoir in its housing and secure it using the bolts.

- Connect the coolant outlet pipe to the reservoir.
