- Check that the expansion valve is not damaged or clogged.
- Refit the expansion valve with the plate and tighten the fastening screws to correct torque

- Refit the heater pipes support and fasten with the screws.
- Join the pipe of the dehydration filter/expansion valve to the expansion valve and tighten the nut to correct torque

- Complete with Op. 5040A10 Air conditioner cooling CIRCUIT - Dehydration and Recharging.
- Connect the negative (-) battery terminal
- Remove the body protection cover.
- Close the engine compartment.
