  1. Disconnect fuel pressure regulator vacuum pipe from inlet manifold chamber.
Disconnect fuel pressure regulator vacuum pipe from inlet manifold chamber.
  1. Disconnect multiplug from MAP sensor.
Disconnect multiplug from MAP sensor.
  1. Disconnect multiplug from IACV.
Disconnect multiplug from IACV.
  1. Remove 4 bolts securing throttle housing to manifold chamber.
Remove 4 bolts securing throttle housing to manifold chamber.
  1. Remove 5 bolts securing manifold chamber to inlet manifold.
  2. Remove inlet manifold chamber.
  3. Remove and discard gasket from inlet manifold.
  4. Remove and discard ’O’ ring from throttle housing.
