The Altea and Toledo communications systems comprise: the Radio / CD equipment or the Radio / Navigation system, the telephone installation, the aerial system, the loudspeakers and the external CD changer, as well as controls on the steering wheel. Combining the Bluetooth telephone system with a high level instrument panel we have the information on the DOT -Matrix display. |
Since 06.06 an external connection has been installed to enable the audio system fitted in the vehicle to be used by external AUX equipment. |
Since 09.06 the standard fitting of an external CD has been replaced by a USB or IPod connection in the same position. |
From 03.09, the display of the Climatronic (air conditioner) will be replaced and the information of the air conditioner will be shown in the radio display. |
This equipment may be purchased as optional equipment fitted as standard, or in After-sales some may be fitted in kit form. |
Communication with other vehicle systems is through Can bus and Gateway. |
