Clutch Actuator Cylinder Pipe Replacement (F40)Removal Procedure

| 1. | Remove the manual transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement . |
| 2. | Remove the clutch actuator cylinder pipe connector (1) from the clutch housing. |
| 3. | Detach the clutch actuator cylinder pipe nut (3). |
| 4. | Remove the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (2). |
Installation Procedure
| 1. | Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (2). |
| 2. | Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe connector (1) to the clutch housing. |
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution . |
| 3. | Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe nut (3) and tighten to 18 N·m (13 lb ft) . |
| 4. | Install the manual transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement . |
