RE-SWITCHING ON
Re-switching on allows the alarm system to change ffrom rest to surveillance automatically when, after an authorised switch-off, there are no door/bonnet/boot openings or other consistent actions.
The re-switching on procedure is as follows:
- The alarm system is switched off
- The re-switching on counter starts counting
- If a transition from closed to open on any of the doors, or the bonnet or boot is detected, re-switching on is cancelled.
- The counter reaches the 'AUTO SWITCH-ON TIME'
- The alarm is switched on taking account of any exclusions of parts of the system (volumetric protection, siren, etc.) carried out at the last switch-on.
