IMMOBILIZATION (ALARM) ECU Refit

Service repair no - 86.77.01

Remove

  1. Disconnect battery negative lead.
  2. Remove steering wheel. If necessary, use puller 10. Reconnect battery negative lead. LRT-57-014.
  3. Remove instrument panel. See INSTRUMENTS, Repair, Instrument panel
Immobilization (alarm) ecu refit – Remove instrument panel. See INSTRUMENTS, Repair, Instrument panel
  1. Remove 2 screws securing immobilization ECU to fascia cowl.
  2. Release ECU and disconnect both multi-plugs.
  3. Remove ECU.

NOTE: A new ECU must be initialised using TestBook.

  1. Reconnect multi-plugs and secure ECU to fascia cowl.
  2. Fit instrument panel. See INSTRUMENTS, Repair, Instrument panel
  3. Fit steering wheel.
